Shipping Information:
1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the time of purchase. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Method : By placing an order, you will be charged the full price of the package you selected and the order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. All items are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase and are shipped Priority mail via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your product(s).
3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact our customer support for assistance before placing your order.
4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
5. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or refusal to accept delivery, we may contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Shipping From: We use a third party fulfillment service to fulfill all of our orders.

Return Policy
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. You have 30 days to request a refund after you have receipt of order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us by calling #8556830649 or e-mailing [email protected] . Our customer service department will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. You will be refunded only for the opened or unopened products you send back to us. You will need to send the product back to the address provided below. Upon receipt you will receive a full refund of purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from Customer Care are not eligible for a refund.
Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 1-2 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
